Our most capable autonomous mobile robot yet, the SGD AMR-100, is now available for enterprise deployment across Southeast Asia.
The SGD AMR-100 represents a major leap forward in autonomous mobile robotics. After 18 months of R&D and 6 months of pilot deployments across three logistics centers in Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia, we are proud to announce its commercial availability.
What Makes the AMR-100 Different
Most AMRs on the market today excel in a single scenario—either speed or payload, but rarely both. The AMR-100 breaks this tradeoff with a dual-mode drivetrain that dynamically adjusts power allocation based on load and terrain.
Key Innovations
**Hybrid SLAM Architecture**: The AMR-100 fuses 3D LiDAR, RGB-D cameras, and wheel odometry into a unified pose estimator. This means it can localize reliably even in dynamic environments where forklifts and people constantly reshape the map.
**Wireless Fleet Charging**: Each robot monitors its own state-of-charge and autonomously requests a charging slot when needed. The fleet-level scheduler ensures continuous operation without human intervention.
**Safety First**: Certified to ISO 3691-4, the AMR-100 features multi-layer safety zones that adapt in real time to robot speed—wider zones at high speed, tighter at low. It passes Singapore's TR 25 technical reference and Vietnam's QCVN standards.
Deployment Timeline
The first batch of 40 units has already been deployed at a major FMCG distribution center in Ho Chi Minh City, achieving a 38% increase in throughput within the first 60 days.
